Product, marketing & customer experience

Know the customer before the launch.

Independent product, marketing and customer-experience advisory for owner-managed and mid-sized companies that are launching a product or fixing one. We define who the customer is and what you offer – and the same team turns it into focused product marketing and communication, so nothing is lost between strategy and the market.

Before the launch

Six questions, answered before you launch.

A roadmap tells a story. Customers tell you whether it is true.

Most owners already sense where the launch is weak. Our job is to turn that instinct into a plan you can act on – or to rule the worry out with confidence.

01

Who is the customer?

The specific segment and buyer, not “everyone who needs our product”.

02

What problem do they pay to solve?

The job the customer is hiring the product for, and what they do today instead.

03

Why you, and not the alternative?

Positioning and differentiation a salesperson can say in one sentence.

04

What does the customer journey really look like?

From first contact to service – and the points where customers are lost.

05

Is the company ready to deliver it?

Whether the order can move, the invoice goes out and sales can sell – or whether “it’ll get sorted somehow” is the real plan.

06

Does the business case hold up?

Pricing, monetisation and the two or three assumptions that decide the outcome.

The answers become the brief for marketing. Whoever communicates your product – including an agency – will ask for exactly this.
What you get

The plan is on page one

Every engagement ends with four outputs. The launch plan comes first, on a single page you can hand to whoever decides.

01

Launch plan

One page: customer, problem, positioning, price logic, the conditions that must hold and what would change the conclusion.

02

Working file

The proof. Customer insights, journey map, readiness checklist and business case, each traceable to its source.

03

Workshop and walkthrough

Your team works through the plan on your own product, so you leave with a draft and a clear idea of what to do on Monday morning.

04

Product & marketing brief

A detailed product description and target-group profile: customer segments and the language they use, positioning, key messages and proof points. Written so that marketing can be targeted and effective from the first campaign.

The conclusion

Launch to property managers first – not to homeowners.

The product works. The buyer is not the one it was designed for, and the company cannot yet invoice a monthly fee.

How it works

Four steps. No surprises.

You have the scope, the information needed and the timeline in writing before any work begins.

  1. 01

    Introductory call

    30 minutes

30 minutes on the product in front of you. We agree what the work is, and whether it is work we should take on.

  2. 02

    Scope and agreement

    In writing

The questions, the information needed, the timeline and the form of cooperation.

  3. 03

    Discovery and build

    With your customers

Customer conversations, journey mapping, positioning, readiness check and business case.

  4. 04

    The plan and the brief

    Plan, file, brief

The one-page launch plan, the working file and the product & marketing brief, plus a walkthrough. Our communication team is briefed directly, so marketing starts from what was learned, not from scratch. Optionally, we stay on as interim product lead.

Part of your team

We treat the product as our own and help you execute hands-on, not from the sidelines.

Product and marketing in one team

The communication team is briefed by the product lead directly. No hand-over, no re-briefing.

Monthly fee or pay-as-you-go

We agree the form of cooperation that suits you after the introductory call.

Tailored, not templated

No one-size-fits-all advice. The approach is adapted to what your company actually needs.

FAQ

What owners usually ask

Not seeing your question? Write or call – in Czech or English.

Is this only for software products?

No. The work bridges IT product-management practice and industrial or non-IT business – manufacturing, consumer goods, services.

Who is it for?

Owners and managers of small and mid-sized companies launching or fixing a product or service.

What do you need from me to start?

The product, the decision you face and the deadline. A short list of what we need follows with the proposal.

Does this include marketing?

Yes. Everything we define – target groups, customers, positioning, a detailed product description – is the input for product marketing and communication. We handle it within one team: our internal communication team is briefed directly by the product lead, so no information is lost. Content and campaigns are delivered internally or through partners when needed. It is the same brief any marketing agency would otherwise ask you for.

What does interim product management mean?

We take over product ownership for a set period, set up roles and bring sales, development and operations onto one plan.

How much does it cost?

Either a monthly fee for ongoing cooperation, or pay-as-you-go for individual tasks. We agree the form that suits you after the introductory call.

How is this different from a large consultancy?

We become part of your team. Your success matters to us, and we treat the product as our own. We help you execute hands-on, not from the sidelines. We don’t hand out generic, one-size-fits-all advice – we adapt the approach to what your company actually needs.

Tell us what you are launching

A 30-minute introductory call comes first. We agree what the work is before any fee is discussed – and if it is not something we should take on, you will hear that straight away.
