The client approached our team in order to assess all departments and optimise their functions overall. The exercise included a detailed process mapping with key company employees as well as looking for opportunities to optimise financials as well as workflow.
The team proposed the right process for each department and installed needed software in order to reduce costs and automate workflow. The company overhead costs were optimised thanks to mapping missing key resources within teams and flagging positions where work can be automated.
